urnieta.com is the only official URNIETA® brand website, and starks2018.com is our only official online store. Any other website using the URNIETA name, logo, product photos or copy — regardless of how professional it looks — is not operated by us and is not authorized by us.
All authorized local dealers worldwide are listed on urnieta.com/contact/. The list is kept current; if a seller does not appear there, they are not an authorized dealer — no exceptions.

If there is no authorized dealer in your region, buy from the brand directly. Submit the form at urnieta.com/request-a-quote/ — we offer official global shipping, and our support team responds to every email with 24/7 coverage, fast.
Direct orders come with everything an authorized purchase includes: genuine product, full warranty, after-sales support and installation documentation.
No authorized exporters in China.
URNIETA has authorized no Chinese local dealer, trader or middleman to export URNIETA products. Any export of URNIETA products through non-official channels is strictly prohibited.
If someone in China offers to source, consolidate or export URNIETA products for you — a freight forwarder, a “purchasing agent”, a trading company — that offer is unauthorized. The goods are either counterfeit, or diverted outside our quality and warranty chain. Either way, we cannot and will not stand behind them.
Not on any cross-border marketplace. Anywhere.
URNIETA does not sell on any Chinese cross-border e-commerce platform and has authorized no seller on any of them. Every “URNIETA” listing you find on these platforms is unauthorized — assume counterfeit:
A snorkel-kit listing on ali***.com using URNIETA’s “Salado” series name — the size option and product attributes both name the product “Salado”. Not our product, not our seller. Seller identity and price masked.

One Instagram. @urnieta_stark.
Our only official Instagram account is instagram.com/urnieta_stark. We operate no other Instagram account.
Any handle in the pattern of urnieta-anything — urnieta + extra words, urnieta + a person’s name, or plain urnieta — is an impersonator. These accounts copy our photos, then move you to DMs or fake payment links. Do not send money to anyone who contacted you through Instagram.

- 1Handle = “urnieta” + a personal name. Any account named urnieta-someone is an individual riding our brand — URNIETA never appends a person’s name to its handle.
- 2Profile name / bio claims “URNIETA from” somewhere — e.g. “URNIETA from GUANGDONG”. We do not operate regional accounts. There is no “URNIETA from” anywhere.
Our only account is @urnieta_stark. Personal names, handles and avatars below are masked — we publish only what proves the misuse of our brand.

Our only official WhatsApp contact is +852 9823 8165. Any other WhatsApp or WeChat account claiming to represent URNIETA — including accounts that use our logo and product photos as profile pictures — is fake, selling fakes, or both.

- Got a quote from a dealer? Send the quote screenshot to our official channels — our team will confirm whether that seller is an authorized local dealer and whether your order carries official benefits (warranty, after-sales, install support).
- Seller not on our dealer page? Not authorized. The list at urnieta.com/contact/ is complete.
- “Factory direct” / “OEM overstock” story? There is no such channel. Our factory ships to authorized dealers and official direct orders only.
Outside official channels,
you are on your own.
URNIETA® aggressively pursues counterfeiting, piracy, unauthorized export and illegal trade through takedowns and legal action. Purchases made outside official channels are not recognized by the brand, and URNIETA accepts no responsibility for any issue, scam, loss or damage arising from such orders.
