The factory door handles are injection-moulded ABS plastic — the same material Toyota has used since the early 1990s, on a chassis that's now sold across the Sahara, the Australian Outback, the Arabian Peninsula, and every other place on earth where UV index sits above 9 for half the year.
The URNIETA LC70 Door Handle is CNC-machined from a single billet of aluminum — not cast, not plastic, not chrome-plated pot metal. The geometry matches the OEM handle profile from the outside (it reads as factory-correct), but the material is structural across every internal surface. The handle won't fade in UV, won't crack at the pivot, and won't develop the chalky surface that distinguishes a tired LC70 from a maintained one.
