Urban front-end weight reduction shapes a plastic bumper body, metal lower skid plate, half-OEM height, improved clearance, and PIAA S-RF 6" fog light integration.

The 1970 Front Bumper begins with a different user than the Salado Front Bumper. Daily-driven Jimnys, occasional dirt-road use, and light off-road builds do not need winch load capacity, full overland mass, or the visual weight of a recovery bumper. The design answer is a lighter urban front module. Overall height is reduced to half of OEM to improve approach angle and clearance. The bumper body is full plastic for maximum weight reduction, while the lower skid plate remains metal to keep impact protection where it matters. Winch support is intentionally excluded because the structure is not sized for that load. PIAA S-RF 6" fog light cutouts, in white or amber, keep lighting integration clean.
