Installation overview.

Installation should be completed by a qualified workshop using the supplied hardware and current installation documentation.

Workshop install

PREPARE VEHICLE

Remove all original fenders and brackets, plus the front wheel arch screws. Confirm all supplied parts (LH/RH front and rear).

INITIAL CHECK

FIT FRONT MUDFLAPS

Fix the new front brackets with the factory screws, install the front mudflap bodies and housings, then fit the tensioner bracket and tension belt (drill and M6-tap the side bar pipe where URNIETA side bars are fitted).

BRACKET FIT

FIT REAR MUDFLAPS

Transfer the rear fender brackets to the new mudflaps with the factory screws, remove the rear self-tapping clips, bond the rear wheel-arch heightening blocks, and fit the rear mudflap bodies.

FITMENT CHECK

TENSION & SECURE

Drill the 8 mm holes and fit the rear tension ropes, set even spacing, and torque all hardware to spec.
